An Coppens, managing director and head coach, brings over 10 years of change management and business coaching experience to the small and medium sized business market. The company was established in 2001 and serves both the Irish and UK markets, as well as Skype clients worldwide.
In 2006, we won the European Coaching Achievement Award for lasting improvements with our clients in the areas of business change and work/life balance. An Coppens has been a guest expert on the RTE and Sky 3 tv-show 'How long will you live' in the area of time management, work/life balance and business coaching.

 An Coppens
An Coppens is the founder and head coach at B/Right Business Coaching. She has a wealth of experience working with individuals accross a variety of profesional service disciplines and has an impressive track record of achieving results with customers.
She is a regular guest expert on work/life balance on the Irish national tv-show 'How long will you live' for the past 4 years and in 2006 she was awarded the European Coaching Achievement Award for creating lasting benefits with coaching clients. She was the first business coach in Ireland with a DVD series launched in November 2006 and has published articles in various business magazines.
Her coaching style is thorough, pragmatic and focused on your agenda. She has a creative style and quirky personality, which runs through most coaching sessions, which tend to flow informally for best outcomes. As a coach in practice she has built the business up primarily by referral and continues to do so in all markets where B/Right has a presence. She is a speaker on productivity, living your passion, work/life balance and business start-up, so all speaking engagements are welcomed.
As a serial entrepreneur this is An's 7th business venture. In her career prior to B/Right Business Coaching she was a business consultant and project manager for Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, Phillips Electronics and Xigma Management Consulting.
She holds an MBA (Masters in Business Administration) with a change management focus from the Open University, a BA (Hon) in International Marketing and Languages from Dublin City University, a diploma in life and business coaching from the Irish Lifecoach Institute, as well as additional Australian and US coaching qualifications and she is a master practicioner of neurological reprogramming, neurolinguistic programming and hypnosis. She attends regular seminars to keep fine-tuning her skills and has her own coach as well as mentors for specific business goals.
An believes life is for living and tends to play full out in every area of her life. She is actively involved in a number of community based groups such as the Cork City Sports, where she is the head of liaison for incoming athletes; Cork Choral Festival, where she is a Failteoir (welcomer) for international choirs. An is the youth officer for the Cork Rotary Club and equally the district youth officer for Rotary in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
She is a member of the Billionaire Adventure Club founded by Chris Howard, which aims to eradicate poverty through education and which has adopted a number of global projects to assist young people in creating a better future. Her hobbies and interests are: reading, running marathons for charity, sailing competitively on cruiser/racer in Crosshaven.

B/Right Business Coaching was established in 2001 by An Coppens, originally to serve the Cork professional services market , since then the company has grown from strength to strength and is continuously expanding nationwide and internationally with a base in London and clients worldwide.
Associate coaches at B/Right Business Coaching are trained to minimum diploma level in Business and Life Coaching. They have an existing personal track record of achievement and have proven to achieve goals in their own life and business.
Each associate is selected, coached and mentored by An Coppens and is committed to continuous improvement in skills and will work to the standards and ethics outlined by the European Coaching Instititute (ECI, www.the-eci.org).
