What is Coaching?
Coaching is a personalised form of personal and business development with a future focus and with an eye on tangible outcomes for the client and their business. All discussions are 100% confidential and the individual is at all times in charge of his or her decisions and actions. Between coaching sessions there may be work to be carried out by the individual as agreed by both parties.
The process is through discussion and use of existing proven tools by the coach, which assists to achieve clarity and focus and which will make taking the next step forward easier to achieve. Whilst a pure business focus for coaching may be requested and desired, business depends on on the individuals carrying out the vision and goals, hence at B/Right Business Coaching we look at driving the individual and the business forward. Coaching is not a quick fix process and will deliver results over time.

How do we work with clients?

Initial meeting |
In our first meeting we explain how we approach coaching and what it entails from both the client as well as the coach. We will discuss your goals and the scope of coaching and your preferred style of coaching, which will help you stay on track in achieving your goals. |

Coaching process |
Once we have started our medium or short term coaching agreement, you will meet or call your coach ideally fortnightly to keep you on track. we recommend coaching agreements whereby client and coach follow up twice or 3 times per months in order to stay focused. We expect positive results and agreed action plans to be carried out and often the result of your coaching session will mean further research or home play in order to drive you closer to achieving your goals. |
Our fee structure |
Our fee structure will vary depending on the length of agreement you buy into, we are one of the best organisations in our field, however in terms of price we are mid range. We recommend minimum 6 sessions and up to 12 month programmes for most of your business goals, because we know from experience that coaching is not a quick fix and will create momentum in your business productivity over prolonged intervention.
