An Coppens is the principal and head coach at B/Right Business Coaching. She has a wealth of experience working with individuals accross a variety of profesional service disciplines. She is a regular guest expert on work/life balance on the Irish national tv-show 'How long will you live' for the past 3 years and in 2006 she was awarded the European Coaching Achievement Award for creating lasting benefits with coaching clients.
Her coaching style is thorough, pragmatic and focused on results. As a coach in practice she has built the business up primarily by referral and continuus to do so in all markets where B/Right has a presence. She delivers seminars and workshops on topics such as work/life balance, business start-up and business growth.
As a serial entrepreneur this is An's 6th business venture. In her career prior to B/Right Business Coaching she was a business consultant and project manager for Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, Phillips Electronics and Xigma Management Consulting.
She holds an MBA (Masters in Business Administration) with a change management focus from the Open University, a BA (Hon) in International Marketing and Languages from Dublin City University, a diploma in life and business coaching from the Irish Lifecoach Institute, as well as additional Australian and US coaching qualifications and she is a master practicioner of neurological reprogramming, neurolinguistic programming and hypnosis.
She is a member of the Billionaire Adventure Club founded by Chris Howard, which aims to eradicate poverty through education and which has adopted a number of global projects to assist young people in creating a better future. Her hobbies and interests are: reading, running marathons for charity, sailing competitively on cruiser/racer in Crosshaven.
