B/Right Skills Coaching is the executive and corporate coaching section of B/Right business coaching, where we tailor all our solution to the corporate climbers, the upwardly mobile in organisations, who need to come to grips with new skills and behaviours all of the time to deal with internal politics, changing demands and environments and ultimately to safeguard their job and that of others. In short is the executive coaching sessions where we facilitate managers and their teams to achieve more and expand their skills in the workplace.
At B/Right Business Coaching we have worked with senior manager of large multinational organisations as well as ambitious middle managers looking to obtain the skills necessary to be promoted to the next level. We also have worked on first 100 day plan for newly recruited senior executives to ensure they integrate and hit the ground running in the shortest possible time frame.
